Sometimes I my job is challenging. Like right now, in the name of research, I am obliged to sample a  selection of Godiva’s new truffles. Sigh. First, I must sample three classic truffles that have been revamped. Traditonal, – yum, Crème Brulée – double yum and Cappuccino – wow.

And If that wasn’t hard enough, the Chocolatiers at Godiva have concocted a variety of new open oyster flavours that require my attention, White Chocolate Pistachio, and Dark Chocolate Almond, and Milk Chocolate Pecan. Sigh…


All jokes aside, this Thanksgiving why not give thanks for one of life’s true and simple pleasures? Chocolate, we love you.
